My Background

I was born and raised in San Jose, Ca and lived in the Bay Area for many years before making the move to beautiful Ashland, Oregon in 2014. My two wonderful sons attended both Ashland Middle School and Ashland High School and have now launched as young adults. In my spare time I volunteer at the animal shelter where I walk the dogs and give out treats and belly rubs.

I have held a real estate license for almost 9 years and my focus is on relationships with my clients. My clients' needs always come first, and I serve them individually with the care and skill that is expected for a successful transaction. I conduct everything from property research to contract writing, negotiations, pricing strategies, and much more.  Most of my business is referral based. I tend to be pratical, and use common sense to get my buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction smoothly and hassle free.
